Krista Lom

Operations Manager & Lead Stager

With over 1,500 homes staged and designed, Krista brings a rare blend of precision and heart to every project. Her path here wound through wedding flower design and years in administrative leadership. Both show up in how she works today: with an eye trained to notice the smallest detail, paired with the organizational instinct to keep a full staging day running smoothly from first truck to final throw pillow. As Operations Manager, that instinct now shapes the whole picture, she's the one meeting clients for measurements and quotes, building vision boards, planning furniture projects, and making sure every stage, destage, and design decision connects back to the client's vision. Krista's real gift is bringing order to chaos, turning a plan into a home that feels effortless. What keeps her coming back is simple: the reveal, that moment a space transforms completely, surrounded by a crew she genuinely loves working alongside.

Amanda 2

Amanda Burnett

Lead Stager

Amanda's creative roots run deep, through visual arts, portrait photography, styling, and retail merchandising, and all of it feeds directly into how she stages a home. She thinks in color, lighting, and texture the way a photographer thinks in composition, which means every room she touches is built to look picture-perfect from any angle, not just the obvious one. Her spatial instincts are exacting, but her energy is what people remember: fast-paced, dynamic, fully present. Amanda thrives on the whirlwind of a transformation day, and she'll be the first to tell you the secret ingredient isn't just talent, it's a team that works hard and laughs harder, all the way to the final walkthrough.

Melanie Jandl

Stager

Melanie holds a BA in Retail Management from the Whitman School of Management and a BFA in Interior Design, and it shows in the way she approaches a space: with a real command of architectural scale, proportion, and the design theory most people never think about but always feel. She has a gift for balancing color palettes and selecting pieces that don't just fill a room but elevate its actual structure, working with a home's bones rather than around them. What energizes Melanie most is the collaborative part of the process, brainstorming layouts with the team, watching an idea take shape on a whiteboard and then, days later, watching it become a finished space that's ready to sell.
